Realistic Body Shot for Roleplay [Closed]

So I run a roleplay server on discord. I am in need of a profile picture / image of my character. He's Drakon, my chibi right now needs to be transformed into a fully fleshed out more normal looking human. I am not looking for blocky drawing, I'm looking for smooth and realistic, perhaps a bit anime style ish.

I've got a limited budget only about $30 or something. I'm willing to spend it all if you've got the portfolio/style that I want and such.

Ah, so she's still around. reason why I posted a request thread is cause I want realistic not minecraft so I'll see, gotta see if her style matches what I'm looking for. Looking for something that is anime ish styled to keep the cute features of my character profile pic I have right now. He's in chibi, I just want a blown up version of him
