Hey there! Let me briefly introduce myself, I am Luke, an owner of Paradise Cove looking for a build team to help us build our new project!

Requirements:
- Mature and professional, age doesn't always come in play correctly - but we ask for professionalism as this is seen as a business proposal.
- Have a detailed portfolio..
- Please have some sort of experience in building with "player to player" scale of builds, and have proficiency with interior builds


Here's the details:
We are wanting a customized "replica" of Times Square in New York but in a player to player scale.
Currently we are not sure of the size of the build, so a rough estimate or maybe some planning/discussing would be very useful. From past projects, we estimate anywhere from 100x100 to 250x250.
I do want to make this clear as we are not wanting this to be 1:1 recreation of New York, but more on the side of it being a substantial reference of what we want built.

This replica will consist of general layout of times square, with shops, and other buildings.
Our most important things of this build is of course the replica of Times Square, but also there should be a few buildings in which; inside some of the buildings there should be fully interiorized theatres with seating areas, a stage, backrooms, ticket stands, etc.

Only concern, is that there is an abundant amount of "screens" and "advertisements" on the buildings in Times Square, and we aren't wanting LOTS. Just a few, here and there.
We'd like very intricate and detailed architecture on these buildings to entice our guests that join the server.
( Some architecture that we could like seen would be; Modern, Victorian Architecture, Post-Modern, Beaux-Arts )

What should be this included in the build:
- 3 fully interiorized theatres, including seating areas, stage, place for technical (computers, sound boards, etc), ticket booth, and anything else a theatre might have
- replica of Times Square
- small shops for merchandise, food, etc.
