Looking for someone that can make a website where you enter a SpigotMC resource link and it outputs the ID of it.

Doesn't have to have anything except that, no fancy design or anything.

Example:
If "https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/coolplugin.2023/" is the link then "2023" would be the ID.

I wouldn't think this would be over $2 as it is extremely simple.
