Really simple skript need turning into plugin

Hi,

I have a short skript which I would like turning into a plugin which should have the following three features:

• /jl or /jellylegs where players don't take fall damage
• /nv or /nightvision where players have permanent night vision
• /wb or /waterbreathing where players cannot drown
