Rebranding current logo to Vector

Hello, we have decided to finally upgrade TheFrozenHeart logo to something more professional and hosting related. Currently we have a designed drawn logo but I'd like to have it completely redesigned for a hosting company. We do have a budget of $40 for a new logo. We are looking for experienced graphic designers only. If you think you are up for the task feel free to comment below a link to your portfolio and prices. This is our current logo that we need changed:
