Hmmm. http://prntscr.com/ljvhs61. Free domain
2. Website is broken
3. You're a legally registered company? Your billing panel says so but you have a free site so I kinda doubt that.
4. You provide no exact specs so you could be using pentium cpu's for all we know.
5. "Secure" Multicraft has multiple things about it that are unsecure like you can use ram hacks and such. Pterodacyl is generally more secure. All servers run in docker containers keeping them within their limits.
Dann from PebbleHost has told me in voice chat that they fixed all the issues they were having right after they left. I will admit though ptero isn't the best in large scale solutions but neither is multicraft. It's personal opinion but ptero is more secure, and I'm not sure but I think they use a reseller host for their website which would mean their upstream provider could have access to client info. (I didn't look into this so it's unfounded, but it's a possibility.)Hmmm. http://prntscr.com/ljvhs6
So, the pterodactyl vs Multicraft fight is never ending.
While Pterodactyl has potentional, it has shown its flaws with larger hosts having issues, that isn't fixed / wasn't high priority. I think you can contact PebbleHost for more info about that. Multicraft is used and tested by some of the largest MC hosts in the world, so yes, Multicraft itself doesnt really have big flaws anymore.

Hold on, Didn't I see you using the same exact thread design as TigerNode/Exerforge when you opened this thread? It was the same exact design but in a low quality...
