So my main focus would be to understand your interlectual property. Is YayMC a register business and do you have copyright coverage to all your products. Because it would not be seen as theft of interlectual property it would be general theft. Right? (Not too sure so wanted to clarify).

Also Affixes, he wants justice not an arguement, you have strong passion for your opinions and so does he.

Recently I stumbled across the same problem you have right now. Both of you are wealthy, professional and strong mouthed when it comes to proving a point. Both holding the same characteristics is really poor when it come sdown to business. And that is when people don't mix. You need to forget about the past.

Also kids stay in your cage stop sending vial and distressing comments to someone because you follow your lightened figure. All it will do is make you look childish and most likely ruin your reputation.

Just settle it in a meeting guys! That's why you run "companies", right? I don't know any companies that post their small issues in front of large audiences.

Best of luck with Prodity and YayMC, 2 really different services but both prove what can be done with a community based game.

Yes. I'm incorporated and all of the content I produced is protected by the state of California and by the United States government. I'm not going to start a lawsuit over this, obviously, but my point is that Jesse knowingly broke 3 or 4 rules and therefore deserves the punishment which was settled for him.

This is what I mean guys. This is why he insisted on making this conversation totally public. He wants people to believe his lies and doesn't want to get quoted from Skype.

He's claiming that my cash donation to MCM was a bad thing and a bribe to Mick even though it happened back in November of last year. He has no basis and I need your voices in order for justice to be served because he's fooling people.

This thread was created as my apologies and condolences for the inconvenience I unwillingly caused.

It's great that you're getting heated about the issue because this IS an issue but please keep opinions towards other members totally respectful.

By the way, Infinity PVP is awesome.
