All work prior to that will be training and working on building a community for the staff team.
We're looking for a large staff team, as we're aiming for 500-600 players on launch; which we're confident we can reach due to a heavy advertising budget.

Volunteer positions. Only Admin+ roles are paid, but the best way to get to admin would be through beginning as a Moderator.
