Reclaim Plugin

Hello! My HCF server is coming to its release and still no /reclaim plugin I've tried the 'DonorClaim' plugin it just causes tons of lag when multiple people try reclaim. So I decided I'll be willing to buy a /reclaim plugin so all I want it to be able to do is /reclaim and you receive the ranks perks like a certain amount of keys which you will be able to change in the config, if someone can make me something like this or already have something like this than I'll be willing to pay for!
