My current network hub plugin has quite a few bugs, incomplete features, and stuff we haven't had implemented yet. From what I've been told, the code is not very usable and requires a recode, though the current JAR can at least be used to see what features we want.
In our network currency plugin, "XP" (not to be confused with the in-game exp) is earned through playing our various gamemodes. It can be spent on in-game benefits such as kits, classes, or items and supports adjusting any account's XP value through admin commands. However, there are a few redundant commands, minor and infrequent SQL connection bugs, and we have not yet implemented our purchasable secondary currency to be spent on vanity items and such.
I have a Google Doc with the EXACT details of both of these fixes, so ideally it should all be laid out for you there.
