Recolor My Profile Picture

All I need is my profile picture to be recolored to purple, so it matches my mc-market name. I want it to stay a gif I just want the blue to Purple.

Background: Dark Purple
Eyes: Purple
Scarf: Lightish into darkish purple.

Blue to purple, simple.

Leave it a gif with the sparkles.

Budget: Around $50, but I'd probably pay you $20. PM me if you can do exactly this, it's harder then you think.
