He/she is looking more to play on servers than creating them.Personally, I'm only going to give you this - if you are new in any sort of form to MineCraft, you should certainly play more and expand your knowledge with the game. Not only on the game itself but on coding, plugins, advertising, and other aspects that will come into play of making a great server/network.

If you're looking for a server to play on...I really don't even know, there's so many options to choose from. I personally like bigger servers if you're looking at Factions, OP Prison and Skyblock because you have competitors and more people to play with.

To be honest, you probably won't find too many server's like that, but you could try practise PVP servers?I am looking for servers where maybe the competition is not that rough and I won't get killed in two seconds..... So I can practice and then I can play the big servers....
