Recommendations for hosting site

Hi,

I am looking for recommendations for Minecraft server hosting. The host that I am with right now is lying about the ram and giving me 2 GB less then I paid for. I want this host to have fast customer service and that is reasonably priced. This host needs to have good DDoS protection and secured accounts. Looking to buy around 8-16 GB. I don't want a 15 year old that has a hosting company. Also, I am open to a dedicated server if I can't find a good host.
