Recommendation's on a server Hosting

Hello I am thinking of opening my own factions server expecting 0-100 players at the max. I was wondering if there are any cheap host that would suit a minecraft factions server.

A lot of hosts have potential to be great but I personally hate Multicraft. I don't think it's user friendly and practical at all.

I think you'd like to do your own research, there are many posts out there like this, and of course, expect a lot of spam-bots from hosters which meet none of your requirements.
