Recommendation's on a server Hosting

Hello I am thinking of opening my own factions server expecting 0-100 players at the max. I was wondering if there are any cheap host that would suit a minecraft factions server.

I never really understood the 'we-own-our-hardware' argument. If a reseller has better hardware for a better price then what's the advantage? It really makes no difference to a customer getting shared hosting.

For 100 players, i would go for a budget Dedicated Server. Then you have full access. No one to blame for nothing! :tup:
