My few real interests are really techy stuff like programming and building computers. After the end of about two school quarters I estimate my savings at ~$900, so I was wondering if the following hardware would work well together.
NOTE: My current hardware is a 1050 2gb, and AMD Phenom II (Yes there is bottlenecking, hence I'm upgrading it..)

Recommendations for better hardware is appreciated :)

If i were you i would get 16gb (2x8)
I'd probably have to wait another school quarter saving up the extra $150.. Maybe I could just get 1x8 stick and then have that to work with until I have enough money to buy another stick? Buying it all at once means I'd have to work off like $250 dollars of debt with my parents

What about the rest of the parts?
PSU, Storage, and Case?

Yes they actually go very well together, but unless you're running 1440p, it might be a little overkill.

I already have a motherboard and case from last year, as well as some things from my current computer i'd just take apart for the build so I'm not worried about other hardware
