I've found that even the Ultra packs, like KUDA 5.0.2, Sildur's Extreme, SEUS 10.2 ULTRA preview, etc., only render shadows within a certain distance.
See this example of KUDA 5.0.2 ULTRA:
However, in the composite.fsh, the shadowDistance is set to 2048. Even when I raise it to 4096 the shadow render distances remains the same. Changing my view distance doesn't effect the shadow render distance either.
This is not limited to KUDA shaders; even when the shadowDistance is modified in other shaderpacks, they are never really far enough for my needs.
This being said, is this a limitation of the Shader's mod? What do you use to take cinematic pictures of your terrain or builds?
