Reconfigure existing hub

Hello builders,

I am looking for someone to basically give an existing hub a new look. Meaning added features, remove and add new more detailed features, new terraform colors, etc. The hub size is 450x450 and I want it to keep its style, but just do what I said above. If you would like to take a look around the hub the IP is mc.dicheterra.com (All versions 1.8 and up should work). From my understanding, this is much easier for builders and will cost significantly less. So please let me know if you are up to the task.

Note: I will NOT be revealing my budget, I want you to tell me what it will cost you to do it, I will choose the person with the most quality builds, and within my budget.
