Recording 360 Degrees in Minecraft

Every year, as summer comes around, I like to start an ambitious project that may or my not succeed. For this summer, I have decided to attempt to create a software/mod that allows YouTubers to record Minecraft videos in 360 degrees, 1080p and 60fps. I know most of yall are used to plugin development but I'm hoping one or two of you have the experience, know how and eagerness to take on the development of this project! It's a feature on youtube I'm pretty sure. Basically, say you're watching it on your phone, you can stand up and move it in any direction and see in that direction in the video. Also can be used with virtual reality devices.

It's a youtube video that allows you to view it in a 360 degree scale...There is no other way to dumb it down for you.

Well....I guess this concludes your short-lived project haha.

The replymod does use the same concept but is very laggy and doesn't have the best of quailty
