shadowplay is free, but you need an NVIDIA GTX card (doesn't work on GT 1030, i tried)
i believe plays.tv has this feature as well

If you have an AMD card, they have Relive, its basically there version of shadowplay.

u can get it on any card post 600 series

it literally does not record on the gt series, i have a gt card
