I have all the information and its enough to recover what I need, BUT the responce was meant to happen on the 6th may, and mojang are currently working on supports on the 9th, I have sent them a reply email, was just wondering how long you think it would take

If you got all the info you need and you sent it, just wait. The reply email should help them see it. They're way behind if they're on may 9 and it's july
