Hello MC-Market users, with the recent demotion of some inactive staff I feel it's the perfect time to make this suggestion, I would like to suggest a form of a application process and an interview stage of said process, how would this work (in my view) as below.
Trusted Member of MC-Market creates a decient application.
A Manager / Admin / Owner will review it and if liked the applicant could be pulled for a interview, if applicant fails to meet the standers during the interview his/her application would be put into denied area, and said user will need to wait a set duration before applying once more.
if trusted member is accepted thought the interview then he would go for a "grace" period to prove his moderation skills first hand.
I'm a Server owner of a smallish Minecraft HCF Community, and I love assisting users myself however I don't believe I should have a shot at a staff rank on MC-Market due to my repuation, however I do feel this Suggestion/Idea could maybe bring back some "livly hood" to the fourms.
