Hello MCM, I would like to introduce you to my new project which is going to be a Minecraft Network that runs only on custom plugins. The network is going to be built & developed only by contributors which means only after the server will start to gain profit they'll be paid. This method has a lot of advantages, which will be explained down in the thread.

Unlike other Jobs, in this project instead of investing money you'll invest you're time. Which means after the server gains sales and profit you'll be paid for a while. We're planning to create a Massive campaign in order to advertise the server.

if you don't have enough money to pay developers, how are you going to do this?

No developer worth hiring is going to work for free. It's a simple concept that a lot of people don't seem to understand. People don't code and build for free with the expectation of getting paid later, because that never works out. In all my years I have never seen a server built on this concept that actually succeeded and used profits to pay developers that had been working for free prior to it.
