I'm looking for a developer to help with my server.

My server is almost completely set up already. There are minor improvements to be made still, but as it stands it is already functional. This exact server with its current setup has run in the past and done very well. It shut down purely due to time issues, but now with quarantine, I can dedicate all of my time to this.

I need a developer to help me maintain the server. This is a paid position. You will be paid off a percentage of all donations. Plugin development capabilities are not required but are encouraged
