I am starting up my old Minecraft server and I'm looking to recruit staff members who can help with developing the server and growing the community. We're currently looking for Admins and Developers to help us develop and grow the server. Some basic requirements: Must be 16 years of age or older, must have a working microphone and be willing to speak in Discord, must be able to work well with a team and have good communication skills.
For a bit of context, before my old server shut down we had around 30-40 concurrent players and a pretty big Discord community so I'm hoping to create another popular (by my standards) server.
If you're interested in joining our team, please join our Discord server for an interview. Currently, this is a volunteer position meaning staff members will not receive payment, however, when the server begins to generate a profit members of the team will receive a negotiable cut.
