Recruiting ADMINS/MODS for new network

Hi there!

I'm the owner of Conquest MC, a new network that's going to be launching within the next couple weeks. The server itself will be held to a high competitive standard and will need experienced players to help assist our players. I'm currently looking to build a strong staff team of Moderators & Admins to prepare for our launch.

This server is running a completely custom developed gamemode and framework. The gamemode is Survival Games, a mode where 24 players fight to the death gathering loot around the map as I am sure most of you are familiar with. However Conquest MC is taking a more competitive and serious approach at the gamemode, right now a big issue with these competitive servers is hackers can quickly discourage players from playing. A large part of your position here will be helping moderate games (both while playing, and spectating), helping players and directing them where they need to go. A custom coded anti cheat as well as a more secure launcher will help aid with cheating as well as performance.

These are currently not paid positions, however we will have certain events that need staff to monitor the games to ensure fair play is ensured. When that is the case paid opportunities will be offered to our staff to moderate these games.

I am only looking to bring people on that have past experience with administrating servers and enjoy playing Minecraft. If you're interested or have any questions please don't hesitate to message me.

Because nobody knows how cool it's going to be We're very close to where I aimed to be staff wise and now our application standards have changed immensely. This post was just to get the ball rolling before we get to a pre-beta stage
