Hello! You've probably seen me a few times by now, but allow me to introduce myself.
My name is Filr, I'm the Founder of IronRealms Hosting (https://ironrealms.net). IronRealms is a free server host which aims to give EVERYONE a free server (yes, we mean everyone).
All players need to do is register on our authentication server, type /ps, and we do the rest. The server will be online and accessible within seconds, with plugins available.
We are hoping to add many more features soon, as well as beginning large-scale advertising. As such, we are recruiting talented individuals to help us out on all levels of the network.
Manager
The highest position we are looking for is a Manager. At the moment, we only need a General Manager. This position is responsible for:
- Serving as Operations Manager
- Serving as Head of Staff
Requirements:
- Preferably 18+, must be 16+
- Experience with server management/ops management
- Working microphone with Discord access
Developer
We are also searching for a Developer. Please note that this position is very demanding per our infrastructure and requires substantial experience.
This position is responsible for:
- Maintaining and updating code
- Working closely with the Dev Manager
- Processing bug reports and implementing suggestions
- Forking dangerous plugins if necessary
Requirements:
- Preferably 18+, must be 16+
- Go experience
- Extensive kubernetes experience
- Knowledge in Bukkit/Spigot and Waterfall libraries
Moderator
We're looking for just a couple moderators to watch after the Discord server and ensure servers are adhering to our terms of service.
This position is responsible for:
- Ensuring servers adhere to TOS
- Moderating all IronRealms platforms
- Punishing rule-breakers as necessary.
Requirements:
- Preferably 16+, must be 14+
- Mature and professional attitude
Builder
Lastly, we're looking for a Builder to help with projects outside of IronRealms directly, but still related to the project.
This position is responsible for:
- Developing map-related content for IronRealms related projects
- Helping Media personalities construct their ideal maps for events
- Building new lobbies as needed
Requirements:
- Preferably 16+, must be 14+
- Building/level design experience
- Having a creative mind and an eye for uniqueness
