Recruiting Builders [No Teams] [Forming a Team]

Hello there, I'm MikeTheAngel
Currently, I am trying to form a build team for my server.

I'd like to clarify one thing, I am not a builder. I am recruiting people to form a build team on my server. The one instructing you on what to build is called TrollFarts. He is a great builder and I've decided to put him as the Build Team Leader for the server. He also has a Builder Rank on a famous server known as Minehut. Minehut has around a 750-1,000 playerbase.

Another thing to note that most of your work at the beginning will have to be VOLUNTARY and not paid. So far, I've spent a lot on this server mostly for plugins. This server has one gamemode called Siege (Custom-Created Plugin). Details on what to build for Siege will be given when accepted into the build team. You will start getting paid when the server reaches more popularity and has gained profit.

I am looking for builders who are:
-Dedicated
-Work as a Team
-Decent builds
-Experience
-Mature

Building Target Range:
-Large Builds
-Spawns
-Arenas

So far, this team only has 4 members. Most of them are inactive or working on something else. That is why we need dedicated members who can build anytime needed. If you are planning on to build for us, we need you to give us:
-Portfolio

I did mention on my post that I will be paying builders once profits start to kick in. Right now, I'm on a budget and need some builds to start off my server. With other builds and profits kicking it, that's when I'll start paying my builders.​

If you don't like to do VOLUNTARY work, then don't do it. I'm not forcing a gun to your head and say build it. I am offering to pay after profits kick in like I said.

All my builders are not getting paid and are doing a wonderful job building for me.​
