I am Forum. I am here today for recruiting new Builder for a brand new team. Yes you heard right. I am here to make a build team, not just to get some money, but also to improve everyones builder skills.
[About me]
My name is Forum and I have worked with MC buisness in 3 years now. It started as a game but in the years I played I got much praised of my friends. Many loved my builds, and I chouldnt thank thoose people enough for motivating me. I started my buisness with easy working for servers. I got payd for my work. After 2 years of buisness I should work for another server, but this was different than the otherones cause he gaved me he's team to outline for a big project. I worked with he's team but I quickly became irritated cause they didnt builded in same style. Some of them builded undetailed, some builded detailed, some builded medieval, some builded modern. I chouldnt work like that longer and told the leader about that. He sayd I was the leader of the project and chould self choose who of the builders that was good enough to work on the server. I was a sensitive person and wont remove anyone from the project. I was afraid they should hate me. Instead I beginned to train them. We trained in a month and in the end all of them had becamed masters. They builded detailed, same style. I chouldnt belive it. I had trained some builders to became pro. The map got fast finished and the server owner chouldnt thank me enough. I still worked with alot of servers after that, and the same has happend many times. I begin to think I was ready for something bigger. I saw much on youtube, many extreme popular teams. The only thing was their builds. They was very popular but had bad builds. The only way people liked them was cause they had a knowed person on the team. I saw too much of thoose teams and got really mad. I desided to make my own build team, just to train new masters up! Many liked that and sayd ''Tell me when you have maded a team. It will be awesome to see you back in buisness!'' Thats how I got here. For helping you guys to be even better. [The team]
The first of the team was me and two other talented builders. I wont tell their names, thats up to themselves. But we got problem. They lived in the other side of earth, so when I waked up they sleeped, when I go to sleep they waked up. We chouldnt work like that, so we goed each way. I still had the dream to make a team, something bigger and better than even other! I dont got any ideas of a team name, everyone sounds bad. The name will probably came later when we have getted some builders. My plan was too discuss this with you guys. Dont be afraid of how old you are, all we are thinking about is your skills. We will ofcaurse pay our builders after work =)
[What do I get?]
You will get payd after work. The money from the builds will be shared with everyone that joined to help! People who didnt was active under the project wont get payd. You need to build 12% before you can get payd for the work. Let us say if we builded in a 50$ project and 1 of the builders maded 60% and the other builder maded 20% the money will be shared after work. The first builder will get 30$ and the last will get 8$. This is for motivating the builders to be more active and build more that will get them to came with better work.
We will also came with a 24/7 build server there everyone can improve their work. And if that wasnt enough we will give rankings after work. If you is working much with projects you will get up in ranks. [Trial Builder] [Builder] [Specialist Builder] [Architect] [Project Leader] When you have getted the project leader rank you will be able to lead your own project for us. You can find builders to help you and then work on different projects. For getting this ranks we will give you numbers after what you have got payd. If you have many of thoose numbers you will rank up!
