Hey guys, I'm Monz, I'm 17 years old and I live in London, UK (GMT). I'm currently making a full detailed business plan for a server that I want to create, this business plan will be at least 8 pages and will contain all the planning beginning to end. I'm looking for an individual who help me throughout this process, from planning (this will take at least 2 weeks) to actually buying paid featured advertisements from an .org slot.
I don't see minecraft as a game, I see it as a business, I want like minded individuals to come help me make the best minecraft server out there, no cliche intended. Don't get me wrong, I'm not someone who is crazy for money, I am not planning to take anything in my "own pockets" till about a year or two in, by that time the server will be fully sustained and can run on it's own.
I'm extremely professional, can dedicate a lot of time and motivated to make this work. I am not looking for more than 2 people to help in this process, I am looking for only one Co-owner and potentially someone else to help me with another job. I'm looking for someone who knows how to things from using OVH, to importing worlds, schematics, just in general and all-rounded Owner. The owner is required to be professional, be able to talk on mic and be able to dedicate a lot of their time to making this work. The owner should preferably be around the age of 18, have a close timezone to mine, maybe 1-2 hours away is acceptable.
I'm not sure exactly how the server is going to be, not sure whether we should take the route of a factions themed server, or an all-rounded gamemode server, this will have to be spoken about. We will have a shared business PayPal whereby we both have access to all the profits earned from the server, it is crucial to know that no money will be taken into own pockets till after we have multiple servers and at least have a decent source of income from these servers to keep the servers running. A lot of the retained profits will be used to expand the server.
I'm only looking for serious enquires, do not message me below regarding server setups or anything like that. If you have reputation here, or have premium/supreme, that will increase the likelihood of being recruited, sorry if I'm being hypocritical I did not join long ago. I know this is extremely brief but more will be clear once we have spoken. I will be doing interviews all day today regarding this, this process will go on for about 2-3 weeks. People will get replaced if I find someone better, that's the nature of this process. Be prepared.
Also want to state that next year, I will professionally start a potential career in Youtube, the types of videos that I will post will be minecraft of course, so I am no way taking this as a joke, I see this as the start of my career.

Website - $150
Graphics/Logo - $150
Server (everything from builds to plugins) - $200
Featured Advertisement - $2500
Contingencies - $500
