Recruiting Creative Server Manager/Developer/Co-Owner

Hello, I am looking for an individual who will run the creative server that is a part of my network. The development of the server has started, but I need a dedicated individual to help maintain the server, find other talented staff members, and add content to help the server thrive. This server is part of a network that is scheduled to launch very soon, and I feel this is a terrific opportunity. The network has had a considerable amount of money invested to it, has some talented individuals involved, and is poised for success. The person who I choose to run the creative server will share in the profits of the server, and we can negotiate on how we will split the money. I need someone to help me as I am extremely busy with work, and most of my free time right now goes towards maintaining and improving the dedicated box for the network. If you would be interested in applying, please state the following:

#1 Age/Maturity Level
#2 Experience with Dev Work/Configurations
#3 Experience with Creative Servers (E.G., tell how successful any creative server you have run before was as far as donation money, player count, etc.)
#4 How much time you will be able to dedicate a week to the server.
#5 Are there any other skills you have that you feel makes you the most qualified for this position?

As I mentioned, I feel this is a great opportunity for whoever I select for this position. You will have a lot of freedom with this server, and can make it your own. I'm 16, can dedicate 100-150 hours a month, have owned/managed many servers which i configured on my own and supplies updates to, one of which a creative server. I can do pretty much anything but code.

I am also interested to help the server in the place you need someone (cant Make plugins) I can help also in game but also on making works like web designing!

Worked on a lot of servers and my time zone is +3 i have Skype and team speak!
