Our concerns are less about whether or not we are "suitable" for your network, and moreso about whether you and your network are suitable for us For starters, we need more info about your server. What type is it? What kind of playerbase do you have? What is the time commitment / work quantities you're looking for? What kind of work do you need the developer to be doing? What's the pay look like?

This kind of information is important so that developers know whether or not they want to consider applying. Otherwise, they have no idea what you're looking for, so you'll end up with lots of people asking questions.
