Recruiting developers for new network!

Hello, I work with a team of highly experienced developers who have been coding for many years now. We are currently working on a fully custom network generously sponsored by a small hosting company. Due to the amount of work that remains we are looking to recruit a couple more developers to aid in the development of the network. Brush up on your grammar bub. Using aid instead of aid in this particular context is not "incorrect" persay, however is not propper grammar in the English language.... "To aide his highly skillful development team."

Aide refers directly to a person. Such as a presidential aide. In this context I am using aid as a verb to describe the action of assistance. So like I said, aid is correct...
