I am the owner of an upcoming minecraft server called DiscMC. Our goal is to be fully non-p2w, and we will only take donations, which will give person a DONATOR rank, with some minor perks [haven't thought of them yet]


[What am I looking for]


I look for professional staff members, staff members are required to have some experience in the past and are required to know basic plugins and how to use them, etc. I need all staff members, from helpers to even manager, [but manager role will be earned, and will not be given yet]

[Why join me]

I give my staff members a place to learn how to become professionals in a administrative position. I have extensive experience from ownership in minecraft servers from survival to factions. I will listen to my staff members and give them my 100%, thats what I expect from you too.
