Q. Do i get Payed

A. At first you don't you will be a Trail and then you will work your way up

Q. When do i get payed

A. You will get payed when you get to Member rank and then you get payed after we fished the Item

Q. How much money will i get from making a Item/Plugin/Build

A. Well there are a few of us so you will have to do alot and then your cut gets better and better

Terms and Conditions

All files will be completed within 30 days. If files are not ready to be uploaded within the 30 days you will have the option to either purchase files at 50% of the final price or get a full refund and the ownership of the files will stay with us and can be sold other users.

50% payment to be made before any work begins. The remaining 50% to be paid on completion of the work. Once full payment is made the file will be uploaded to a media file and you will be able to download the files.

If full payment is not made with 5 days after completion of the work, your initial 50% deposit will be forfeited and the ownership of the files will remain with us.

I see your point,but in the thread it says:
"Q. Do i get Payed

A. At first you don't you will be a Trail and then you will work your way up"
Meaning that you don't get paid for a period of time.
Using your example..
You submit a job application to Wegmans, you go for an interview, get hired, and don't get paid until you've "proven yourself worthy".
