- Introduction
Yo, what's up guys, my name's Macalite and I am the owner of FlashGiver Services. We are quite new, and so we are hiring from all branches of the Service community!

- Payment Methods
Our payment methods are quite different, as we are utilizing innovative new ideas in order to incentivise activity among our employees. Payment Scale: Freelancers will earn an 82.5% commission, with 10% going to the corresponding Sales Representative, 5% going towards the Spread and 2.5% going to upper management/maintenance costs.

- What makes us different? The spread is the "innovative new idea" we are utilizing, where all Freelancers / Sales Representatives who bring in customers / complete commissions receive a portion of this balance, (proportionate to their number of completed commissions.) The spread is paid out at the end of each Month to allow for commissions to be completed and so on.
