Hello people, I have decided to make a build team after I made a server and starting building on it. This idea just kinda popped out of no where, but why not!

Good luck on your build team, honestly it's great to see people with ability, time and passion to create builds for the community

You're the 100th guy I see making these kind of threads, no website, no thread design, not able to spend a single cent for it. You're gonna fail like 100 other teams out there, and nobody is applying. And the idea can't just pop out of nowhere, if you don't have a portfolio, or information on how people are gonna get paid. Because I've been to teams and they told me I have to find commissions for myself, what's the difference between building solo and their stupid team?

Anyway, my point is you have 2 wrong questions there.

The player should be asking those questions, not the owner.
Why do you want people to join your team:
Why should I join your team:
What are the benefits:

Have a nice day, hopefully you won't die from this truth.
But you should take my advice and get a thread design, website and act more professional, because in my eyes this is a lazy ass thread. Have a nice day

I see, the funny thing is, I have a budget planned for this, also a build server, yet, the website is WIP, I am trying to get that up.. But thankyou for replying.
