Your not going to find alot of GFX designers who will work free even when when promised "promotions of their work". Time is better spent trying to find paid clients, I'd recommend offering one or two paid positions if your serious about this.

Yeah I know, I got two people who are high quality currently doing it for free, just looking for a third that is in a different type area so we have a mix of artists for different project. Thanks for the comment
