[RECRUITING] CPvP Battle Royale Server — Java Plugin Dev (No Upfront Pay / Rev Share)

how the server works:
its event based. a host announces a game on discord, everyone joins, then players vote on the gamemode. theres 3 modes:
  • Box Fights — small arena, teams fight, last team alive wins
  • Zone Wars — fight in a shrinking zone
  • Battle Royale — big map, shrinking border, last one standing, up to 100 players

each mode can be solo or duo. theres ranked elo (gain/lose elo and climb), coins you earn from playing (join / kill / win), cosmetics, and a battle pass.

what i already have:
  • full brand + logo + golden theme + custom resource pack
  • cosmetics system (24 custom hats, mystery crate, rarities)
  • rank system + coin/currency system
  • discord bots + an active discord community to launch into

i handle the brand, discord, community, cosmetics, marketing and clips. the one thing i dont do is code, thats why im here.

who im looking for:
only plugin DEVS rn (no builders yet). you need to actually know java and be able to build custom plugins from scratch — the BR mechanics, shrinking border, queue, voting system, elo, stats. if you only edit configs or reuse other peoples plugins this aint it.

the deal:
its revenue share. i cant pay upfront, im building a founding team. once the store makes money (ranks, cosmetics, battle pass) we split it fairly and youre a real partner in it, not a hired worker. if you need money upfront thats completely fair but this isnt the one for you.

I have experience developing custom Java plugins for servers and have built large gameplay systems from scratch, including Hunger Games mechanics, custom game logic, map resetting, chest refilling, scoreboards, queues, player statistics, and more. and I'm comfortable creating custom mechanics rather than relying on existing plugins. I'm completely fine with the revenue-share model and understand you're looking for a long-term developer rather than someone looking for upfront payment.
