Hello MCMarket,

As of right now i got a almost ready server to release but i'm not sure if i want to stay with the same gamemodes (Practice, bunkers & soup). I want to release a server with potential but i dont think those gamemodes will make a big network.

Besides that i'm looking for people with Management experience who are willing to make plans for a new network that is going to have potential. Open Management positions:

- Manager (2).

For the Manager positions i'm looking for two people that are aged 18 or older. One Manager has to have experience with managing a network (Global Manager) and the other one with managing a staff team (Staff Manager). I also expect some serious ideas for the server.

- Platform Admin (2).

For the Platform Admin positions i'm looking for two people who are aged 17 years or older. One Platform Admin is going to be Head of Media so i expect you are able to help the server by getting youtubers, partners, etc to our server who are going to advertise for us. The other Platform Admin is going to be Head of SS and is able to teach lower ranks on how to ss.

- Senior Admin (2).

For the Senior Admin positions i'm looking for two people who are aged 17 years or older, got experience on some big servers, know how to mentor lower ranks, able to be active and know how to handle in all situations.

All positions are not paid, i rather have people who enjoy helping me out then doing it for money.

Please contact me on discord if interested: Jaimy#2730

"i rather have people who enjoy helping me out then doing it for money."

I understand that but do you understand that Management positions are very time consuming and take quite a while to master? It's a demanding job role and can take months, if not years, to be able to actually thrive in the department. Each to their own, if someone wants to pay staff and someone doesn't that is fine but when you're saying that you want someone who actually wants to help and not do it for money is a bit of a stupid statement.

As a Manager myself, I spend about 7-8 hours daily working on the server I work on, with updates, staff management and take it from me I love working there and I actually want to help.
Just because someone is paid doesn't mean they don't actually want to help. I think you need to re-evaluate yourself and your view on paid-Managers.

At the moment i’m not running a big network so i dont have the money to hire Managers aswell as most of the paid Managers just do it for the money.

This isn't true at all, Managers expect to be paid due to the work they put in. Why would anyone do it for free? Technically it's a world of work; would you work 8 hours a day for nothing in return?

So do you think all staff should be paid on servers?

You'll probably find someone for a week, then once he gets bored he will quit.

I think Management and Development should be paid, 100%.
The majority of people, with any experience, would agree as well.
