Recruiting sales reps and all freelancers for a service team!

Hi there MCM, ras here

I'm starting a new service team called Verge Designs, and we're on the look for freelancers, sales reps, and possibly a few management positions.

For freelancers, you just need some past work or a portfolio, I don't have any other restrictions in place. For sales reps, just be friendly and mature, I don't mind if you have no experience, since its also a learning experience I guess. Management positions can be discussed privately.

One requirement is that you'll need Discord though, and a PayPal account if you want to get paid for commissions and such.

Do you have a percentage for freelancers, sales rep and management?

Not fully decided yet, so it might change, but freelancers get 80%, sales reps get 10% and management/the company itself gets 10%. And if a commission is under $10 for the decided price, it can go directly to the freelancer (meaning they get 100%).
