Recruiting Server Developers and Staff for server.

Hello, I am the owner of the up and coming Great Warfare server and modpack! Me and my staff are recruiting for server development. You will need to know about plugin configuration, mods, server filing and moderation of servers, if needed. As compensation for working on the server you will get payment based on your performance on the server if you request it, the payment will be a percentage of any money left over after server costs. Theme/mods:

This server is based on a WWI/Steampunk theme. So it will have airships, ships, submarines, and bi-planes all being custom made. The server will also include guns from the time period and custom weapons/tools made with TiC and metals from metallurgy. The server will also include tech mods from the time period for automation, power generation and other abilities from mods like buildcraft and Immersive Engineering.


Towns/Warfare:
The server will have player made towns and nations that fight each other to conquer each other. The towns and nations will be made with towny and they will be raidable by players from other towns/nations. When all of a nations towns have been conquered, it goes down. If a town kills enough players in a town, it can take its land. Towns will also be very hard to make and maintain, with high upkeep and creation costs. Which means that only active towns with alot of players will be able to survive.


Backstory:
You have come from a far away land as a refugee from a land torn apart in conflict. You come off of an airship and start your journey in one of the starter towns (spawns) in different regions of the island. You set out to join a patron town and nation or you create your own.


Role-Playing:
When players first join the server, they will be forced to read the rules of the server. Among many other rules, some rules will state that the Role-playing in chat is required. This means that when talking in chat the players must act as if they are the character that they choose for themselves. The players will have the option to add their characters onto a forum. Role-playing will also extend to politics between nations/towns and that players must act as if everything they do is real and do so realistically. Roleplaying will also include a forum where the players will record their experiences, stories and lore for the world around them.


Terrain:
The terrain used Climate Control mod, Biomes O’ Plenty and RTG to make randomly generated, but custom terrain. The biomes are slightly larger than usual and are separated by vast oceans on continents, large islands and archipelagos. The terrain also uses RTG to look realistic unlike normal minecraft terrain such as smoother hills and actual mountains. And finally it remasters Biomes O’ Plenty blocks to look very unique.



Please note: The modpack has SUPER easy install! Please don't let that be off putting.

Not sure how that wasnt respectful. Just offered you a position that is with the team but asked you to not say that I wont get anyone on my staff team.
