RelicMC is a factions server, with other gamemodes coming in the future, and is in early development. We are recruiting staff early on to speed up progress and to make sure everything is in check before release. Payment is selective depending on the size of the project, but isn't a consistent flow of payment until money is generated. Here are the assignments expected and requirements needed for each staff position:
Admin; Assignments Expected:
The Administrator of the server is assigned a couple of things. They construct and develop the server. They will help the manager (me) and the owner of the server to construct general design of the server, managing and configuring plugins, running the server and keeping it in check, and managing players. They also will do other miscellaneous assignments given by the manager and the owner. Requirements: 1. Must be 14 or above 2. Must have previous experience as staff or as an owner on a different server 3. Must be on at least 5-8 hours a week (low due to limited pay) 4. must have decent experience with plugins 5. Must have a mic
6. Must Be Respectful To Superior Staff
Moderator Assignments Expected:
The moderator position is simple, but it requires more hours - its to keep the server clean, answer questions that the player has, and to punish players for disrespecting any of the rules. This job can be boring, and boredom leads to inactivity. so we encourage you guys to play on the server. But be alert if something is going on, and remember to keep your cool even in high stress situations like a handshake hack, ddos attack etc. Requirements: 1. must be 13 or above 2. must have previous experience as any type of staff member on a server 3. Must be able to be on 9-10 hours a week 4. Must be able to understand server commands 5. Must be able to differentiate errors in anti-cheat from real hackers 6. Must be able to follow instructions 7. Must be mature
Helper
Assignment Expectations
The Helper position is similar to the moderation position, but less is expected, but it isn't as a fun position. they are customer support - they message the manager, and owner about requests from the players, they are a ChatMod they moderate the chat, and are welcoming and answer questions that players may have. They are also encouraged to play. Requirements:
1. Must be 13 or above
2. Must be Mature
3. Must be familiar with server commands
4. Must be respectful to superior staff
5. Must be able to follow instructions
