Hello, I'm Mode the Owner of a new releasing HCF Server called HCZone, I would like to keep this short and simple, HCZone is releasing the Kitmap for map 1 on 16/12, Practice to be released on 24/12, HCF (To be announced) and we are currently in need of staff, we have almost everything setup and ready for launch.

Our main goal of creating HCZone is to give a new feeling to the HCF community, Everyone nowadays are playing the same servers every day, So we hope to achieve to put our name in those books as another large network that players enjoyed, Our main priority is to listen to the community and give you guys what you want.

Currently HCZone has 1 Media Partner and will be expanding in the near future, On release we will have the following Youtubers Recording / Uploading Trailer:

You don't own the rights to open this server though? Tyguh owned it and still owns the server so I don't know how you can just open it? You didn't own any rights to the server, you didn't own the domains, the buycraft, the paypal, nothing. You just had a rank in game if I can remember...

The OG domains are HCZone.net which Fanged doesn't own so it clearly wasn't sold to him, was it?

Yes, but it wasn't sold to Fanged, he was just an admin on the server. He had no access to the domains, console, files or the buycraft, he doesn't even have the OG files & domains for the server...

I was an owner of the OG HCZONE lol, although we have no inheritance with .net, they sold their domain, everything their branding is we have different, setups, builds, plugins etc

You're literally using their name, they sold their domain which doesn't give you the right to open your own server with the same name. That's like me opening MineHQ
