Recruiting Staff for DragonRaids

Hello guys, I'm Monjii and I am here today to recruit friendly, helpful & active individuals for my staff team on my server, DragonRaids. The positions that I am looking for today, which is Helper, are not paid and is mainly voluntary, that being said, Admins+ are paid a monthly sum.

All users will start off at Helper, you will have the opportunity to be promoted over time, this is purely based on activity and performance, this process will be spoken about in the interview that will be held.

Requirements:
We require all our staff to be at least the age of 14
Access to a microphone
Ability to dedicate a minimum of 15 hours/week (this will be monitored)

I am looking for users who enjoy the game modes, I do expect my staff to be playing the game itself, we do offer two game modes on dragonraids, skyblock & factions. We currently have a team of 6 across both game modes, I am wanting to grow the team to about 12
