2. Of course, jobs are jobs which even though are boring you can always find ways to motivate yourself.

4. Well, I have had a lot of past experience. I first was staff on a server known as redstonepvp with an average 80+ playerbase however the owner was lazy and didn't chsnge or make updates meaning player base dropped to 5. I didn't leave as I was loyal until owner Kicked a few staff off due to not being needed. I then went to Epicraft, an Australian server where it hit an average player base of 200+ . It died for no reason. Maybe lack of advertising but over 2 years it just faded out. I then moved into DesteriaPvP where Imoved to the Helper position after 6 months but resigned as I had important exams! After my travels, I we t to hypixel where I was determined to become staff. I made 3-4 applications until they accepted my application(first stage) I then passed the review stage and went into the interview in teamspeak. Howcer I was not chosem, and they didn't state the reason why!

Absolutely! At the end of the day, a lot of jobs are boring/repetitive, but you just have to continue with them regardless and try to make the most out of them/remember WHY you're doing them!

Why I would make a great helper:
I feel as though I can offer a lot to the server, not just from my previous staffing experience (which I'll get to in just a minute), but also from my passion for RPG games. Ever since I was young I've thoroughly loved the feel of RPG games. What really intrigues me are the open, dynamic worlds and the customization options. I think the first one I played was Final Fantasy 8 on the good old PS1 quite a few years ago. That really broadened my horizons on gaming, and ever since I've played many more, such as Skyrim, Dragon Quest, etc. All of this being said, I know what makes a great RPG game (or at least a non-boring one!). This means I am not only able to help the players, but I can also contribute ideas that would help the server grow and become even more amazing.

Anyway, back on-topic (got a little excited there!), I'd like to make my staffing experience known. I used to be a Moderator on a factions server called Desteria (quite large). I was staff for around a year, maybe more, and in that time I gained some valuable skills that not only helped me become a better staff member, but also a better person in general. I learned how to deal with almost every situation and, trust me, there were a lot. I also learned what made a great staff member. I listen to the community and hear what they have to say, and I am fair to every player, as in my eyes they are all equal and should deserve equal rights/opportunities.
