Hello everyone, today I will be explaining what Aetherion is, and also how to apply for staff. Let us start off with the basics of Aetherion. Aetherion is a towny-based server that has a great community. Aetherion strives toward making the best towny gameplay experience. Aetherion has many features to explore, we also have detailed builds, custom plugins, and no lag. We make sure whatever we upload to the server, website, or store that it is the finest it can be. Aetherion will make towny-based servers come back to life.

Now let me explain a little more in-depth about Aetherion. Aetherion started around 2015, Aetherion was actually called Craftasisa and was an OP-Prison server. We thought that a towny server would bring in more people. So we decided to switch to towny.

Like I said above we are currently looking for staff, let me explain... Staff must be active on the server for at least 6 hours to get a basic understanding of how the server works (to view your playtime type /playtime). Staff must also use correct grammar such as capitalization, punctuation, commas, and sentence structure. Lastly, all staff must have TeamSpeak or Skype.

Pre-Release Testers - 2 Positions
Helper - 3 Positions
Moderator - 2 Positions
Admin - 1 Position
Website Developer - 1 Position
GFX Developer - 1 Position
Developer - 1 Position
Website Manager - 1 Position

No one on here will be a developer of any kind for free. We all require a payment for services unless they are giving back to the community.

Website Developer, GFX Developer, and Developer get paid per plugin they make. But if it is simple project that will take 15 minutes or less it may be no price at all. Thanks for warning me I forgot it :)

Why should you become a Developer - Why not? I am just like everyone else - trying to expand their knowledge by being forced to make / do things. I will say though, I am not the best developer, however I am sure I can help as a Jr. Dev (helping the developer). If I am accepted as Jr. Developer, I'd be happy to work for free until I am a bit better.

What is your experience with creating plugins - As said above, I have created a few (4) personal ones while I was learning and I have re-done a few for a server I'm manager on. I haven't done any big projects yet but hopefully that can change if I am accepted.
