Hello MCM, my name is Jake, and I recently have been organizing a server. I am posting this thread to recruit some staff members for the server.

What type of server will this be? We are going to start off as a Factions only server, after some time has passed, and we gain a substantial playerbase, we will open other servers such as Prison, SkyWars, KitPvP, etc.

When should I expect this server to be released? No official ETA as of now, our beta should be released in a couple of months.

Why should I apply to be apart of this server? You should apply for many reasons. If you enjoy staffing on servers, and you like to see servers grow, this is perfect for you. I am going to be spending countless hours, and a great abundance of money on this project. I am planning on this server being very successful, this may sound very stereotypical, but I have a lot of experience in owning servers, I have owned many servers in the past. I will try my best to treat my Staff Team, with the uttermost respect, and listen to your suggestions.

What are your plans for your server? I have many plans for my server. I plan on creating a unique Factions server with weekly events to gain a playerbase. The server will be very PvP and Economy based, although I don't want to spoil anything for any upcoming players . I have not decided weather I would like to stay an all around Factions server, or integrate to a hub with other servers to choose from, I like some aspects of a hub, but there also are some things I greatly dislike.

I think I could be chosen to be apart of the staff team because I have past experience and I am fluent with most commands that are needed on a server. I like to play factions but one of my main focuses would be to get KitPvP going since I am a PvPer and on the RMC network I was Admin on KitPvP.

I can provide knowledge for people on the server I can also provide assistance to anyone in need. I like to help people when they need it and I watch chat very often so I do not miss much unless I am AFK.

If so what positions/servers? Reborncraft - Started off as a trial-staff, got promoted/demoted on and off for a year, until i recieved a solid position as Operator (higher then admin) for 4 months. (a/n: it had a 800 average playerbase before it shut down)

You should choose me because i'm highly experienced, i know how to handle certain situations without the said situation evolving into something bigger.
I don't react to hate and/or disrespect, i don't get salty and i don't make things personal.

An active staff member.
I have great knowledge on clients & how to find them in computers, i would provide an SS tool for the staff team to use, and probably make a tutorial to further improve the staff team's knowledge.

I would be good to choose for your team because i have lots of prior experience. Also i have the ability to bring lots of people like friends onto the server. That's not all i also can help develop the server (getting plug ins set up or making groups and perms) I can do most jobs on the server, also i'm very active and/or and be on very quickly when you need me to if you contact me through skype.

Do you have any past experience with Server Staffing?
I previously owned a server called "A Brilliant Adventure" it was quite successful and achieved £500 donations. How ever I decided to sell the server and focus my time on making a build team. Now this is setup I have a lot more time and would love to get back into supporting servers. The website is currently up how ever the server is undergoing updated for the new owner: www.aba.enjin.com I have also been head of an administrator team on another server which unfortunately closed down, plus helper/moderator on a few other servers.

I can do many things: Website/Forum management, Chat management, Plugin Configuration, Moderator, Helper, Manager.

I can contribute approximately 5 Hours during the week and around 10 hours during the week-end or holidays.

I would love to be apart of the team as I have excellent communication skills and a lot of past experience. As I previously said I would love to get back into helping servers. It's always been a passion of mine to see communities expand and grow. It would be brilliant to be a part of this network. Not much else to say really on the matter.

I can use my communication and leadership skills to monitor forums and chat, I have excellent knowledge of forums and enjin which is very important for a server. I would be able to monitor the forums pretty much most of the time I'm not eating or sleeping. I know from past experience a lot of servers have poor response time when it comes to forums I would definitely change that.

There is actually, I've been busy on both school and mcmarket orders, due to this led me to unavailability to write an applicant for applying position on the staff team, on Friday 29th of this month ( tomorrow ) I may have time to do so because of the holidays my school will be given to, the length of it were 10 days so within that block I will write it.

Within past experiences, I've realized it's better to recruit staff after the server has been completed. Many servers shut down before they even begin.

I am a very helpful and dedicated staff. I do not easily give up and would love to help the community out.I always make sure my work is up to date and everyone is satisfied with it. I do not lie and give excuses.I always make sure that the community is happy and free from all problems.There is also very few staffs that will be on the server in my timezone.So I can help the server out by catching all the hackers and whoever that breaks the rules.

I want dedicate my blood and sweat in this server even if I do not get anything back. I also won't miss use my power and would never leave it even if the server is less popular.I would love to help the server out by getting more players and throw any other way.
