About the server: ThePick is a network currently in development that is looking to go big in the server world. Here at ThePick we crucially need professional staff members that seek to be on the server to do the work right. The server will mostly revolve around a Player versus player survival scheme such as Factions or Prison. Both of these game-modes will be the first to setup. We would than like to add games such as Skyblock and Towny to the network to add a more creative side to things!
Budget: $200 dollars
Server: $25 dollars monthly (Completed for 4 months)
Specs: 30GB server 6TB HD and a Massive CPU
Payment: Shockingly no.
Staff Positions:
Administrator (3): Keeps the server stable, fixes bugs and does configurations for plugins. Is in charge of punishment and keeping in touch with the developers and owners. Working for the benefit of the server. Helps manage the website and setting it up! Admins: FDA, SuperCoolMomo
Developer (1-2): The position that most people require payment for! Understandable at most the core of the server coding plugins on ThePick. Helps setup discords and websites! (Note: ThePick currently has two developers who are not beginners and have coded plugins for the network. They do not work for payment. They will be rewarded once buy-craft is released!) Manager (1): Works alongside the director of the server (SuperCoolMomo) which is a huge responsibility. This position is mainly a community management position! Controls staff with the director and runs everything through the director!
