About me:
Why do you want this position?: I've been looking for a Towny/Rpg server for the longest time, I'd love to be a part of the staff community on DawnCasterMC.
Why do you think you fit this position?: I've had customer service and retail experience in past jobs so I can handle the frustrations that other people may bring with their issues, as well as I have patience to fully listen to them.
Prior experience: Couldn't name the last server I was staff on; I've been working full-time and I've had my dedication towards other games for sometime now, but I'm set on doing this. I've owned many servers, hosted my own with a server that I bought and hooked up in my basement; I've had experience across the whole spectrum of server types. I'm also a hands on learner, so if you show me something I'll learn it quickly.
Are you in school?: No, I graduated High School last year.
Are you employed?: Yes, I work 5:30 (A.M.) - 4 (P.M) Monday-Friday, optional Saturdays. I can dedicate anywhere from 2-5 hours of online activity per day (Monday through Friday) and on the weekends as much time as I have free.

Why do you want this position?: I've been looking for a Towny/Rpg server for the longest time, I'd love to be a part of the staff community on DawnCasterMC.
Why do you think you fit this position?: I've had customer service and retail experience in past jobs so I can handle the frustrations that other people may bring with their issues, as well as I have patience to fully listen to them.
Prior experience: Couldn't name the last server I was staff on; I've been working full-time and I've had my dedication towards other games for sometime now, but I'm set on doing this. Why am I interested in these positions:
In Game Moderator: As it has been awhile since I have played Minecraft I am still familiar with toxicity and how to deal with (considering I play Rust which is a pretty toxic game I say I am able to handle it). With that being said I feel that I am really mature and professional for my age. I currently do work as a Sales Representative for a Service Team where I have gotten many comments on my professionalism dealing with customers. I do not use racial slurs towards anyone and not at all ever. I also always try to see what the situation is before I go on with the situation. If I see the situation can be resolved without contacting a higher up I will try to my best ability to stop the problem before it escalates. If I cannot I will contact my superior and see what they want me to do.
Discord Moderator: As stated above I do work for a service team where discord is are primary source of our communication with our customers. I would say that I am 9/10 familiar with discord although things are always changing with discord that I sometimes do not get a chance to learn everything .
Prior experience: Service Team Sales Rep., Moderator on many servers (a lot of them have shutdown but one that is still up is CrownMe Factions but I did retire)
School: I am currently in 11th grade so my hours would be limited to 4:30pm-11:00pm (this time will not be dedicated completely to the server as my schedule changes and I have homework and tutoring some days after school.)
Employment: I am looking for a part time job but at the moment I am not employed to any business.
